TKO SMO MI ... / WHO ARE WE ...
Mi smo učenici X. gimnazije "Ivan Supek", iz Zagreba. U ovom projektu sudjeluje 30 učenika različitih interesa. Sudjeluju učenici prva tri razreda, iz svih smjerovi naše škole: općeg, općeg dvojezičnog, matematičkog te matematičkog dvojezičnog. Atmosfera na našim sastancima jest fenomenalna! Zabavljamo se i nasmijavamo, no također naporno i marljivo radimo te potičemo jedni druge na kritičko razmišljanje i kreativno izražavanje.
We are students of the X. gymnasium "Ivan Supek". 30 of us, all with different interests, are participating in this project. Students from grades one to three, from all school departments (general, mathematical, and bilingual) are included. The atmosphere during our meetings is superb! We have fun and make each other laugh, but we still work hard and encourage each other to think critically and creatively.
ŠTO MI RADIMO ... / WHAT WE DO ...
Za naš projekt odabrali smo "Bioraznolikost i molekuralno oplemenjivanje bilja". Kako bismo pratili razvoj projekta, nalazimo se jednom tjedno na sastancima. Na prvim sastancima odabirali smo svoje uloge u sklopu ovog projekta. Za vrijeme narednih sastanaka, zajedno rješavamo zadane zadatke, istražujemo i pronalazimo nove informacije i podatke vezane uz projekt, družimo se te radimo na našem team work-u.
As our project, we selected "Biodiversity and molecular enrichment of plants". To discuss this, we meet once a week at our school meetings. At the first couple of meetings, we selected our roles as part of this project. During the other meetings, together we're dealing with given tasks, researching, and finding new information and data related to the project, as well as socializing and working on our teamwork.
DAN EUROPE / EUROPE DAY
Dan Europe obilježava se 9. svibnja svake godine. Naime, 9.5.1950. Robert Schuman, tadašnji ministar vanjskih poslova Francuske, predstavio je svoj prijedlog formiranja Europske zajednice za ugljen i čelik. Taj prijedlog, poznatiji kao "Schumanova deklaracija", smatra se početkom formiranja onog što danas nazivamo Europskom unijom.
On 9 May each year, we celebrate Europe Day. Namely, on May 9, 1950, Robert Schuman, the then Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, presented his proposal for the establishment of the European Coal and Steel Community. This proposal, better known as the "Schuman Declaration", is considered the beginning of what we today call the European Union.
